It’s the best feeling to capture that elusive shot or make someone smile when they look at your image. Photography is a very personal pursuit – it has it’s challenges but the rewards are huge. I love the idea that a photograph captures that one single moment in time that has never happened before and will never happen again.

I started my photography journey with landscape, then developed a passion for swans and discovered a love of portraiture along the way. To capture the essence and character of a person is the goal – be it a twinkle in the eye, a child’s cheeky smile or someone in thoughtful repose.
